The well-being of our residents and communities is of utmost importance to us. During this time of uncertainty, our team is following the CDC and local and regional guidance to help prevent the spread of the virus. Please see below for potential impacts to residents of Lux Communities.

  • Can I still use the amenity spaces?

    The amenity spaces are open at 300lime. Modified capacity rules and procedures are in place to maximize health and wellness. For guidelines and recommendations, please refer to signs posted within the amenity spaces.

  • What do I do if I have a maintenance request?

    Maintenance requests should be submitted through your Online Resident Portal.


    Lux Communities has resumed all non-emergency maintenance requests and will be implementing procedures to maximize everyone's health. 



  • How should I submit my rent payment?

    We strongly encourage making rent payments digitally through your online portal. If you need help signing up, please contact the rental office. 

  • Can I still schedule a tour of a unit?

    Of course! In-person showings will be resumed  with the practice of social distancing to maximize everyone's health.
